The building Committee for the family life center was established on May 6, 2004 by Pastor Dr. Joshua Joy Dara. The Committee was charged with the following:

Finalize a master list of what should be included in our Phase II building; |
| 2) |
Decide and recommend a building format that should be followed (traditional approach, design-build approach, construction-management approach, etc.); |
| 3) |
Find and recommend an architect to be hired; |
| 4) |
Find and recommend a building contractor to be hired; |
| 5) |
Recommend ways and means to finance the project; |
| 6) |
Decide or come up with a realistic schedule for the construction project; |
| 7) |
Supervise the entire construction project; and |
| 8) |
Prepare periodic report to the Pastor, deacons and the congregation. |
